my girlfriend downloaded some weather thing and ever since i have been having issues.  Anytime my computer starts up I get a "RUN DLL" prompt.  it says ""rundll error loading c:programfileswildtangatnappscdalcdaengine6400.dll"  something to that effect.  I have not found ONE PERSON that can help me.  PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! Please email me too!

Sounds like you got a trogan horse when the weather program was downloaded. Uninstall the weather program and run and anti virus program along with Spybot Search & Destroy. That should take care of it.
