Hopefully you all will be able to help me once again!
Heres the problem. Everytime I go to one of my folders that has a few movies in it i get windows explorer error. It does it whether the folder view is thumbnails or anything else.
App name is explorer.exe of course
app ver. is 6.0.2800.1106
not sure what other info to include for this one. other than my comp specs

running win xp
p4 2.53
1 gb ram
nvidia geforce 4 128 mb
soundblaster audigy 2 zs platinum
not sure what else would matter

What is the specific error message? It sounds like you have might have a conflict with a program or corrupted file.

I looked on that site but I didnt really see anything that describes the problem. Not sure what the EXACT error is, it doesnt really say. Just says Explorer encountered a problem and needs to close. Thanfully though they do apologize for the inconvience... that fixes everything. :) I can view the technicle info, that gets sent in the error report, however it wont let me copy and paste from the thing and Im not sure exactly what to look for in that junk. Hope any of this helps you help me!

Could the time you install SP2 about the time you started the error message?
