Need help, I have installed a motherboard with a socket 423 p4 1.5 ghz, mb has rambus memory installed in pairs, same technology, dummy sticks are installed. Computer will not boot properly, no cpu speaker response or display on vid card. I have replaced the mb, I have replaced the processor, I have replaced the memory, I have replaced power supply (last ditch effort) I ran the comp with the mb ouf of the case on an anti static bag on a phone book with nothing but the cpu, memory and vid card for display purposed and got the same response. Why?
